OUR BOOKING POLICY:
- A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Deposit must be sent via E-Transfer within 1 hour of booking your appointment. We accept cash as form of payment for the remaining balance.
- We’re happy to reschedule/cancel your appointment with a 24 hour notice.
- Deposit is transferable to 1 new rescheduled appointment if given a 24 hour notice. A new deposit will be required otherwise.
- 10 minute grace period -> after 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
- No show appointments will be charged 100% of the service.
- *Please note*: We do not work on top of other lash technicians work, please book a removal + full set if needed
- Please arrive with clean/makeup free lashes/eyes (a $15 deep cleansing fee to remove makeup will be charged otherwise).

Excellent service. Jess is very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She takes her time and never rushes through the session, always checking in and pausing if a break is needed. The room is clean, calming, and relaxing. Highly recommended.

This was my second visit to Jbbeautystudio and I had the same great experience as the first time. Jessica is very thorough, gentle, and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. She’s also considerate and happy to give you a break if you need one. I’ll never go back to waxing—sugaring is definitely the way to go!
