POLICY:
- A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Deposit must be sent via E-Transfer within 1 hour of booking your appointment.
- We accept CASH or debit/credit card only as forms of payment for the remaining balance.
- We are happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment with a 24 hour notice.
- Deposit is transferable to one new rescheduled appointment if given a 24 hour notice. A new deposit will be required otherwise.
- 10 minute grace period - after 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
- No show appointments will be charged 100% of the service.
- ***Please note***: We do not work on top of other lash technicians work - please book a removal + full set if needed.
- Please arrive with clean + makeup free lashes/eyes (A $15 deep cleansing fee to remove makeup will be charged otherwise).

My first time sugaring experience was wonderful! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, calm, and welcoming. Jessica was professional, kind, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain each step and showed me the product that she would be using.
The treatment itself was surprisingly less painful than I expected, thanks to her gentle technique and attention to detail. Jessica took her time and did not rush through the process. She made sure to ask if breaks were needed. After the treatment she explained and also sent me post-appointment after care tips.
